Hello. My name is Ming, Trakanta Noppawong. I used to hold the title of Mrs. Noble Queen Thailand. 



The reason why I had decided to compete in Mrs. Noble Queen Thailand was because I think that it is a stage that provides the opportunity for married ladies or those who have children to come back and show their abilities. When women are married, there should be 3 things that go together, which are to take care of oneself, take care of the family, and take care of the children. I think that the contest for married ladies provides us with that enthusiasm. 



Before the contest, I took care of myself by exercising, going to fitness, and swimming for a more fit & firm body. Now, I do not feel very confident about my breasts because I had breast surgery with a hospital, but there were problems and I was not satisfied. Therefore, I wanted to have breast augmentation surgery because I wanted more proportional breasts. I am a small person and so I wanted my breasts to perfectly match with my body. If we have beautiful breasts or breasts that fit with your body, you can look beautiful and proportionate in any clothes. Please follow me to see how beautiful I am after the surgery. 



As you all know, I had breast surgery from other places and right now they are sagging. They are not tight like before so I would like to change them for a better shape. When I wear spaghetti strap or sleeveless shirts, my breasts sag and are not in a nice shape. It does not look beautiful in whatever clothes I wear, so I do not feel confident. Today, I would like to consult this matter with Dr. Thananchai Atsadamongkhon. 



Khun Ming: Hello, Doctor. Today, I have a matter to consult you about the breast augmentation surgery. 
Doctor: Sure. Can you tell me your problem? 
Khun Ming: Well, I had breast surgery from another place before. 
Doctor: How many years ago?
Khun Ming: About 4 years. Now, I would like to change because at first they were augmented for 365 cc but right now I do not know where they disappeared to.
Doctor: Do you mean you want bigger size? 
Khun Ming: Yes and also firm ones. I had a child and I was breastfeeding. So, I feel that they are quite soft and not in shape. 
Doctor: Actually, from what I hear, there are 2 problems. 
The first problem is soft breasts from breastfeeding, which is called sagging, is natural for those who have children and breastfeed. The breasts will become softer and more saggy. In breast augmentation, we can lift them. However, if they are too saggy, we can do a breast lift, which is another surgery. 
The second problem, according to what I hear, is that the previous breast size was 365 cc, which was big. Normally, for the Thai body, Khun Ming is the lanky type. Mostly, if more than 360 cc, it is considered to be too big a size. I have to assess again whether we can enlarge them or not. 



There are 2 issues about the augmentation. The first consideration is about the condition of the previous breasts. Some people have many membranes after the surgery and solid malformation. In this case, apart from putting new ones in, we need to take out the membranes, which is called Capsulectomy. That means the membranes must be taken out, let them become soft, and then we put the new ones in. Secondly, we must assess how flexible our skin is. Some people who have had the breast augmentation for some time, when the breasts enlarge, there is much area. Therefore, in changing the size or upsizing, we can do it with no problem. So, we need to check first. Normally, I do not suggest for big breasts because if they are too big, there might be some problems in the future, though they look beautiful and firm at first. Firstly, the heavy weight will weigh down our breasts and they will become more sagging. Secondly, if we make the breasts too big, the body will build membranes to strap them, which will become solid malformation in the future. The correction will be more difficult than the first time. I need to check your structure and problems thoroughly. Then, I can tell you whether you can upsize or change to which size. 



Khun Ming: I had breast augmentation under the breasts. Will it be performed at the same spot or will it change? 
Doctor: Actually, the wound for the breast augmentation can be in several places. The two popular spots are the armpit that hides the wound in the armpit and under the breasts. If it is a correction case, like in your case which was done under the breasts, I will perform the surgery at the same spot so that there will not be 2 wounds. If the patient did it under the breasts, I will correct it at the same spot most of the time. We can dress the previous wound. Those who have scars, we will correct them as well as the new breasts. 1 day after the surgery
After I had the surgery, I recuperated in the room. I did not feel pain like I thought I would. At first, I thought that it would be more painful. After 1 night of recuperation, I feel better. I can walk normally with no pain, only a slightly tight wound. I am very happy now. This morning, the doctor checked me and I saw that they were in perfectly nice shape as I wished. After 1 month from the breast augmentation, I feel very good.
